As part of its mission to promote environmentally friendly and easy-to-maintain gardening, Es Viver – Plantes de Menorca of GOB is organizing a theoretical and practical course on sustainable and resilient gardening, taking place one Saturday morning per month from October to March. Each session lasts two hours, totalling 12 hours of training.
The aim of the course is to address the current context of drought and climate change, which calls for rethinking gardening practices and adapting them to our climate and landscape. Gardens that are not suited to local conditions consume large amounts of water and cause significant environmental impacts.
For this reason, Es Viver offers a training programme aimed at both professionals and gardening enthusiasts, encouraging more responsible and ecological gardening practices.
The course will be led by Pere Fraga Arguimbau, an expert in native flora and gardening.
