At Es Viver, GOB’s ecological plant nursery, organic seedlings of various varieties are now available for the kitchen garden. Thursday was the start of Sant Miquel a Nadal according to the way the year is divided in the Menorcan countryside. It is the season for winter planting of the kitchen garden.

At GOB’s Es Viver you will also find the seeds from the Association of Local Varieties if you want to grow your own seedlings.There are also aromatic plants and crop companions for increasing the biodiversity of the garden, controlling pests, improving the land and attracting pollinators.

Es Viver is open on Monday to Saturday mornings, 10.00 to 13.30. It is on the airport road at the entrance to the Deixalleria road (Waste recycling plant).
