Workshop at the Hospital for Wild Animals

Thursday 19, how does the Hospital for Wild Animals work?

Visits: 92

This Thursday, 19 July, from 6 to 8 pm, you can enjoy one of the family workshops at the Hospital for Wild Animals. This time we aim to find out how the Centre for the Recuperation of Wild animals works, and above all, what things people can do themselves to help animals they find that are in danger.

The activities, directed for a family audience, will teach us in depth what dangers animals confront and what to do and what not to do when we find an animal in an accident. We will learn by fun games created by volunteers of the Centre. The workshops never miss painting T-shirts (important! Bring your own T-shirt to paint), faces, etc.)

You can visit the Animal Hospital from Mondays to Saturdays from 6 pm until sundown during the summer months. This is an experience unique to Menorca, which puts you in touch with the island’s animals and their problems. The Centre forms part of the visit to the quarries of Lithica – Pedreres de s’Hotal de Lithica – paying a supplement of 2 euros per person, or 1 euro supplement for those over 65 and nothing for children up to 10 years old.
