Now that the weather is colder, it is time to plant fruit trees. At Es Viver, the GOB nursery garden, there are different varieties that are produced ecologically by Arbres d’Algendar of Caritas: plums, apples, pears, figs, cherries, peaches, pomegranates, apricots, chinos…
The local varieties are adapted for maintaining ecologically, by methods which respect the environment, without poisonous chemicals. In this way, we get a high quality fruit and with great taste while caring for our environment.
Es Viver is on the road from the airport going towards the main Mahon/Ciutadella road, and is adjacent to Mestral. It is open on Friday and Saturday mornings from 10 until 13.30.
