This Saturday, October 5th, at the sports park in Alaior, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the GOB will participate in the 9th Annual Community Organization Fair of Menorca. It will be a fun-filled morning where a variety of local associations will host workshops and activities aligned with their missions. Through engaging activities, the event aims to highlight the importance of the island’s nonprofit network and encourage everyone to get involved.

The fair is organized by the Menorca Third Sector Forum, which is currently made up of around 50 organizations from diverse sectors. Together, they channel the needs and concerns of Menorcan society. At Alaior, 27 of these organizations will be present, each offering an activity—workshops, performances, games, guided tours, and more!

The morning will conclude with live music by Caravan band and a collaborative lunch with Fra Roger and the Ca n’Aguedet school from Caritas. To participate in the lunch, you need to sign up in advance by sending a message to forumetsmenorca@gmail.com or calling 682 183 435. The cost is only €5 (you must bring your own plates and utensils).

The GOB, together with Justícia Alimentària, will be offering games focused on sustainable and responsible shopping and consumption, benefiting both people and the environment.
