Images can go beyond aesthetics and become a tool to observe, denounce, move emotions and tell stories.

This coming Thursday, the 18th, at the Port Center of Maó – Cruise Terminal, at 7.30 pm, a talk will be given by Carlos Permuy, a photographer specialised in documentary photography and visual narrative.

An activity framed within the Narrative Photography Competition of the Port of Maó, which promotes the search for images that show the realities, pressures and threats affecting this emblematic space of Menorca.

A shared initiative between the associations Amics de la Mar – Port of Maó, Casetes de Vorera de Menorca, the public moorings association Es Jonquet, and GOB.

The talk is organised with the collaboration of the Balearic Islands Port Authority.
