How is a deserted farm in Monegros converted, without running water, into an abundant and profitable enterprise? The owner and farmer who has done this, Sergio Alierta, will explain from his first-hand knowledge. This is one of the experiences that was included in the documentary Kiss the Ground which shows how it is possible to film the progress of farm production that manages simply adequate rain water and cattle grazing. Two orchards of ecological fruit join the Land Stewardship Scheme

The growing of healthy fruit without using toxic products is increasing little by little in Menorca. Two orchards in the Cala en Porter ravine are involved in the ecological production of fruit and are being incorporated into the network of farms that are promoted by GOB in the Land Stewardship Scheme. Sponsorship of an animal as a gift

At Christmas time, it is possible to make gifts that are of social and environmental benefit. GOB’s Centre of Recuperation for Wild Animals proposes making a gift to someone, or to yourself, of sponsorship for one of the animals resident at the centre.
